My daughter conformed beautifully to the schedule and even made great strides at daycare in a not so friendly sleep environment. Our only regret is that I did not do the sleep training earlier. I had mom guilt because I felt I should be able to do it on my own but now my precious 6 month old is doing it on HER own and it's the best thing we could have done.
